    Since 1979 Taste has been our grail. The search has lead us to roasting our own coffees so we can offer fresher flavor. The trail lead us to visit growers and beneficios to find the truly exceptional bean. Our quest lead us to vacuum packing within 15 minutes of roasting to seal in that just-roasted flavor until you open the bag. Then we journeyed to precision roasting and learned how to roast all our coffees to within 1°F batch-after-batch, day-after-day, summer or winter. Our pursuit has lead us to find the single farm in an entire country that grows the most flavorful of coffees. And the pursuit goes on. All for the taste of truly superb coffee.

     Some say we’re over the edge, beyond the pale, but with a whimsical smile we answer, “We’re on a noble quest; we’re in hot pursuit of our passion—Taste. What are you passionate about?”
